The welcome was warm, thanks to the attentive staff, especially Marc, who made us feel at home immediately. The breakfast offered a commendable selection, catering well to diverse palates. The clean, adequately sized room featured comfortable beds, ideal for our short visit. We appreciated the free parking, which added an extra layer of convenience. The on-site restaurant proved to be quite satisfactory, serving food that was good value throughout our stay. the location was advantageous, with quick access to attractions like the Big Pit and a brewery just a three-minute drive away. The Lion presents a solid option for those looking to balance comfort and affordability, making it a practical choice for culturally-curious travelers navigating through the area.
